The Workout Room Outward Curls

Using dumbells that you can actually lift ( it doesn't help to go too heavy - that isn't what it's about ), sit in an incline bench.

Get the elbows away from the body and curl down and up - get full range of motion.

Squeeze the biceps the entire time; exhaust them.

Use the muscle - don't jerk.

4 sets of 20 - 25.

I prefer 25.
